Commissioning & Startup

Chemex Global’s commissioning and startup activities start long before a facility is ready for commercial operations.  Our team gets involved early during the engineering and design phase of a project and actively participates in design reviews to identify possible issues later in the project. Our Commissioning team’s engagement continues through the project as they work alongside our Quality and Procurement departments to ensure equipment is inspected, tested, certified, and arrives to site functional and clean. On site as the project comes to life, an integrated Commissioning team is there to manage things as it moves from construction to system completions. In addition to checking for mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities, Chemex Global takes it a step further and provides classroom and on the job training to ensure ongoing success.
